Career Synopsis - Principal Consulting Engineer Er. G.J.S.Rosha 

Er. Rosha , who graduated in the year 1977 from erstwhile Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh, now PEC University of Technology, had also  attained M.Sc Engineering (Highways) in the year 1980 from the same Institution.

Er. Rosha had joined Chandigarh Housing Board (An undertaking of Chandigarh Administration) as Assistant Engineer in the year 1978 and rose to the level of Chief Engineer in the year 2007. Er. Rosha retired as Chief Engineer in the year 2012 and thus has now more than 36 years of experience in the Construction Industry. During his tenure in Chandigarh Housing Board Er. Rosha was conferred a Gold Medal & a Commendation Certificate on the eve of Republic Day celebrations held in 1993 in recognition of his outstanding Services.

The tenure of Er. Rosha as Head of the Engineering Department in PGIMER was a landmark developmental phase in the history of PGIMER when a number of Health Care Projects saw the light of the day. The projects handled & completed during his tenure included Advanced Paediatric Centre Phase II , Advanced Eye Cente,  Bone Marrow Transplant Centre, Drug De-Addiction Centre, Respiratory Intensive Care Unit besides undertaking a number of other development projects & achieving annual savings of INR 15 - 20 Million. Other Super-Speciality Centres started during his tenure included Advanced Cardiac Centre & Advanced Trauma Centre.

Consultant Er. Satnam Singh

Er. Satnam Singh did his B.E.(Civil) in the year 1975 from erstwhile Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra, now National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.

Er. Satnam Singh had joined Haryana Irrigation Department as Assistant Engineer and rose to the level of Chief Engineer.  Er. Satnam retired as Chief Engineer in April, 2010 from Haryana Irrigation Department & thus has 36 years’ experience in the Construction Industry out of which 25 years in the field of Hydro Mechanical Equipments and 4 years with a private Contractor for  the Designing, Construction & Planning of Infrastructure Projects of C.P.W.D & other state Government Departments.

Er. Satnam Singh holds 33 years’ experience with the Irrigation Department  Haryana wherein he handled Designing, Planning & Execution of Irrigation Projects like Bridges, Regulators, Barrage & Irrigation Schemes of the State & World Bank. He was also responsible for Planning, Designing & Execution of Hydro Mechanical Equipments for canal works, Hydro Power Plants, Thermal Power Plants  (Gates, Hoists, Cranes, Trash racks, Penstock, Bell Mouth/Transition piece. He was also closely associated with the management of water resources of the State thereby manning intra state water regulation/water accounts.

 Consultant Er. M. R. Daroch

Er. M. R. Daroch did his B.E (Electrical) in the year 1979 from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology Patiala.

Er. Daroch had joined H. P. State Public Works Department as Assistant Engineer in the February 1980 and thus has around 34 years of experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. Er. Daroch retired as Chief Engineer From H. P. State in the year 2012.

During his tenure in the State Er. Daroch had handled a variety of Electrical works ranging from Internal Electrical Installations works & works relating to setting up of fire alarms, fire fighting, installation of lifts, HVAC, Sub Stations, CCTV and Computer Networking Systems.

Er. Nangia graduated from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology , Patiala, in the year 1976. He had joined Chandigarh Housing Board  (An undertaking of Chandigarh Administration) as Assistant Engineer in the year 1978 and rose to the level of Superintending Engineer in the year 1999.  

Er. Nangia is a decorated officer who was conferred upn a Gold Medal and a commendation certificate by Chandigarh administration on the eve of Independence Day. This honour is besides a number of appreciations & commendations  issued by various authorities as a mark of  his dedication towards duties.

Hospital Er. Ramesh Chander Tuli

Er. R. C. Tuli carries around 30 years of experience in the Health Care Sector, having served the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh for almost 30 years in the capacity  of  AE/Hospital Engineer.

Having obtained Graduation in Civil Engineering in 1974 from Institution of Engineers (India), he has also served the PWD (B&R) department of Punjab Government for almost 5 years besides spending a couple of years abroad in an esteemed Agro Industrial Corporation. Presently he is a Freelancer & provides consultancy for the construction of Civil Projects as well as Hospital Projects.

Er. Tuli has successfully completed a number of prestigious hospital projects namely:

Hospital Er.  Arun Vohra

Hospital Er. Arun Vohra has to his credit around 39 years of experience in Construction Industry out of which34 years as A.E/ Hospital Engineer in PGIMER , which is a premier Institute of Health Care in Northern India. He has also spent more than 3 years in the gulf as Assistant Engineer & around one and a half year as research Assistant in Punjab Agriculture University Ludhiana. Presently Er. Vohra is a Freelance & renders Consultancy in Hospital projects.
